Qui ne s’en souvient pas du fameux discours d’Aristide daté du vendredi 27 septembre 1991. Un discours qui reste encore vivid dans le souvenir de tout un chacun, un discours qui a créé beaucoup de controverse.

Là je ne peux pas être d'accord avec toi. Je connais assez bien les lavalassiens et je crois qu'il faut éviter la généralisation. A cet effet, j'en ai parlé avec un lavalassien hier qui a une autre façon de voir les choses. Je crois qu'il existe trois types de lavalassiens. 1)Celui qui accepte tout du chef et qui pense que le parti n'est rien sans le chef à vie. 2) Celui qui pense que ce mouvement peut changer les choses mais attend une refonte du parti. 3) les magouilleurs, les sans -scrupules, les voleurs, etc.

Mon bon ami lavalassien se situe dans la deuxième catégorie. Ce type est ouvert. Il écoute. Il a une vision. Mais hélas, ils ne sont pas nombreux ce type de lavalassien. Bref, tout cela pour te dire ami Deza que tous les lavalassiens ne sont pas pareils .

Mais ou sont-ils ? Pourquoi ne font-ils rien pour rétablir la dignité du parti ? Pourquoi ne claquent-ils pas la porte comme avaient fait les déçus d'Aristide en 1996 ?

Réponse. Parce qu'ils ont vu le capital politique du mouvement lavalas. Et en ce lundi 28 septembre 2009, nous pouvons dire que le parti lavalas est le seul parti politique haitien qui a un capital politique dans ce pays. Je veux être clair et franc sur ce point .Je parle, bien sur , de capital politique non pas de la majorité absolue sur le marché politique d'Haiti. Cependant , je crois que Lavalas ne pourra pasgagner les élections seul . Lavalas devra faire des alliances avec d'autres partis pour gagner. C'est clair mais ils ont plus de chance de gagner que d'autres. Je parle bien sur d'une alliance avec d,autres partis politiques .
Un débat s'impose

Il ne faut pas nous mentir , il n'y a aucun autre parti politique qui a ce capital politique actuellement. Bien sûr , le mouvement Gnbiste pouvait jouer dans la cour du mouvement lavalas mais n'a pas su maintenir ce capital politique qu'il avait construit en 2003-2004. Bien que Lavalas soit mis hors jeu depuis 5 ans , il en demeure que le mouvement est bel et bien présent sur la scène nationale.

Bon revenons sur le fameux discours de septembre 1990. En effet, c'était un président émotionnel abattu qui avait prononcé un tel discours. Il faut condamner la violence sous toutes ces formes. Je crois que nous en avions assez dit sur ce discours morbide. 18 ans plus tard, ou en est-on ? Les militaires ne sont plus. Aristide est en exil. Préval est au pouvoir. Haiti est toujours dans la merde, dans la misère, occupée et humiliée... Pauvre Haiti !

J'admire ton franc-parler mais je crois dur comme fer que ma conclusion est la bonne .Ou étaient-donc les duvaliéristes d'antan qui voulaient un changement des rapports sociaux, une amélioration des conditions de vie de la classe moyenne et de nos masses pendant le carnage duvalierien ? Eux aussi, ils se sont laisser tomber dans le bassin du confort idéologique qui les obligea à fermer les yeux ou regarder ailleurs afin d'excuser l’inacceptable.

Ils ont assiste a la descente dans les abimes de la violence, du parti-pris et du sectarisme politique en prêtant la voix lâche de leur silence aux cruautés du régime au pouvoir .Ils sont, dans mon livre, aussi coupables que ceux qui , armes du crime et de la médiocrité du vouloir , tuent le jour comme la nuit pour satisfaire les bas instincts de l’ambition sans bornes .

Le silence face a l'atrocité et a l'abominable ne peut jamais etre une vertu de l'intelligence et de la morale civilisatrice .Je ne peux accepter ce même raisonnement des lavalassiens (de l'opposition) plus de vingt ans plus tard.

Nous devons fixer les responsabilités .Non par besoin de vengeance, mais pour analyser ce qui s'est passé dans les dedales des enceintes artificielles de notre humanité en détresse .Nous devons savoir la raison qui permet a ce phénomène de se reproduire parmi nous, dans notre passe comme dans notre présent face a l’avenir qui s’annonce de même et savoir pourquoi nous acceptons d'etre des allies du crime au nom de la justice et du bien ...

Si c’est la peur qui nous fait agir, il nous faut apprendre à conquérir cette peur sinon le destin collectif ne pourra jamais produire des héros dont les générations ont et auront besoin pour combattre les incertitudes dans la nuit des indécisions.Si ce sont les intérêts crasses qui nous dominent et qui nous dirigent, il faut le reconnaître aussi pour etablir les parametres de la societe que nous avons en tete .

Aviez vous noté avec moi que nous n’avons d’autres héros a offrir a nos jeunes que ceux qui ont accompli le prodigieux miracle d’arracher notre liberte des griffes d’un destin contraire a notre volonte ? Cette absence d'heros familiers a nos temps nous remet un message que nous refusons d'accepter pour triompher des themes de notre hypocrisie et de cette carence de la conscience sociale qui nous affligent ici plus qu'ailleurs . C’est à se demander si nous méritons d’etre libres si nous sommers incapables de produire des hommes de la trempe de ces héros.

Au prime abord , je tiens à remercier Dilibon , Maximo et Deza pour leur savoir-discuter. J'espère que cette façon de faire le débat , dans ce cas précis , en inspira d'autres participants .
Cela étant dit, je reviendrai en vitesse pour continuer ce débat combien important pour l'avenir d'Haiti. La question que nous nous debattions est la suivante: est-ce que Les lavalassiens sont-ils tous pareils ? Peut-on mettre tous les duvalieristes dans le même panier ? Ce "savoir-discuter" est bien le résultat de la disposition de nos mœurs civilisatrices, l'influence de l'éducation familiale, la formation sociale et le savoir culturel puise de bonne source .Nous ne ressentons pas ce besoin impérieux de détruire, de démoniser l'autre comme s'il s'agissait d'une bête sauvage dont la présence constitue un danger mortel pour notre vie.
