HAITI: HENCH-MEN:Duvalier, Aristide, All Had Them! Should Martelly Be Different?

I am not condoning this practice,but the fact remains that haitians themeselves have to change.When I said haitians ,I mean all haitians.We must understand without political stability our country will not be able to develop . As I said before we must respect the mandates of our elected officials as long they don't violate the Constitution and the laws of the country.If the Presidents do violate the Constitution our representatives in the Parliament must assume their responsiblities.

The haitian politicians must cease to destabilize the country immediately after they loose an election.Haitians are the worst ennemies of their country.This is a fact.We can't blame our presidents forever for their hench men,but the fact remains if they don't have them they will not finish their mandates.The recent history proves this fact.Without the Minustah Rene Preval would not be able to finish his mandate.Without the tonton macoutes Duvalier would not last one year in the palace.

The 1915 occupation of haiti was the corollary of our internal struggles for power. This occupation also has the same cause.Unless we change our mentality our presidents will always have their hench men.Am I condoning this practice?Of course not,but we must understand why all of them use these hench men.

1) Avec la Presse 2) avec son premier ministre , 3)avec les orgnaisations des droits humains 4) avec les parlementaires sénateurs et députés 5) avec les délégués 6)avec les étudiants 7) avec les gouvernements étrangers , avec la mairie de Port-au-Prince sur la question du Carnaval, 9) avec son propre parti politique , 10) avec les autres partis politiques sur la question d'élection.

Votre président est isolé. Il sera bientôt destitué.

Où va Haïti avec un président conflictuel comme Michel Martelly ? 10 mois d'exercice de pouvoir = 10 conflits politiques sérieux au pays ? Cela veut dire que le président suscite un (1 ) conflit par mois. Vous imaginez-vous une autre année avec Martelly ? ce sera 12 conflits supplémentaires. A-t-on vraiment besoin de créer autant de conflits dans ce pays ? Poser la question c'est d'y répondre en partie.

Pendant ce temps la présidence gaspille de l'Argent par-ci par-là et fait de la grimace à Garry Conille.
