Olivier Martelly aurait été libéré par son père, sous caution de 5 millions de dollars

Le fils ainé du président Martelly a été séquestré pendant plus de trois semaines dans une maison privée à Hempstead propriétaire fédérale à Miami pour trafic de drogue, corruption et détournement de fonds des contribuable américains via l’USAID.

Il a été libéré ce vendredi 4 septembre, après que son père de président Michel  Martelly accompagné de quatre avocats a payé 5 millions de dollars américains de caution, selon le journal Haïti Observateur Olivier a été arrêté à Port-au-Prince puis extradé vers les Etats Unis Via un avion privé.

Après sa liberté sous caution, Michel Olivier Martelly a été conduit au consulat d’Haïti  à Miami  escorté par les marshals,  les observateurs déclarent qu’il a était physiquement déséquilibré.

Toujours selon le journal, Olivier est sujet d’interrogation presqu’en permanent et ne peut dormir ou se divertir à sa guise.

Les chefs d’accusations retenues contre fils du chef de l’état qui est citoyen américain  sont, la corruption et détournement de fonds des citoyens américains, évasions fiscale et trafic de drogue. Le plus jeune millionnaire d’Haïti a construit des villas R+5 à Petion-villle, à Port-Salut dans le sud du pays, sur la cote des Arcadins et  sans compter des véhicules de luxe et des millions transférés  clandestinement dans des Paradies fiscaux.

Michel Olivier Martelly est arrêté pour sa proximité avec Lobo l’ex président de  Honduras qui a été arrête sur le siège passager de son véhicule à Port-au-Prince. Ce dernier a révélé qu’il était en Haïti pour recouper  par les soins d’Olivier les 140 tonnes de cocaïnes et d’héroïnes  à board du bateau  de 600 tonnes de sucre pour la maison d’Accra.

"Fabio Lobo Lobo, 43, was arrested Wednesday night in Haiti and taken to New York to appear before a judge, according to a statement from the Honduran government.


Lobo was arrested by Haitian authorities with the support of the DEA. Porfirio Lobo said Thursday in an interview with the government's Channel 8 television that he was facing a situation that he would never wish on any parent.


"I cannot say that he is guilty; I cannot say that he is not," Lobo said.

Honduras: Ex-President’s Son Arrested

Fabio Porfirio Lobo, the son of a former Honduran president, appeared in Federal District Court in Manhattan on Friday on a charge of conspiring to import cocaine into the United States, the authorities said. The charge carries a maximum sentence of life in prison, said the office of Preet Bharara, the United States attorney for the Southern District of New York. Mr. Lobo had been arrested in Haiti. The defendant’s father, Porfirio Lobo, served as president of Honduras from 2010 to 2014. The Associated Press reported that the father, in an interview with government television, said he hoped that his son could prove his innocence. “Fabio is not a child,” The A.P. quoted him as saying. “He is a man with a family and must answer for his actions.” Manuel J. Retureta, a lawyer for Mr. Lobo, said his client would enter a plea of not guilty.
