Meeting are necessary ,but there must be an agenda to discuss in order for these meetings to accomplish their goals.Nothing is more discouraging than to call the people to a meeting just to talk about the qualities of a savior who has not deliver the promise land.People do not live only by listening to speeches ,there must be goods and services to satisfy their needs.
