we have beeen borrowing billion of dollars since the 1950's.what are the results?The country has become poorer and poorer every day.it is obvious that money alone could not solve the problems of poverty in the world.poverty is the corollary of ignorance.Therefore we must reform our schools sytems to graduate more good engineers, more entreprenors, more scientists who can produce the goods and services the people need.
