He is one of these famous afro americans who fought for our dignity and freedom.I will never ofrget my astonishment when he prefered to abandon his world heavyweight title instead of joining the Army to fight in Vietnam.I was chocked when i read his Statement:"I don't have anything against the Vietcongs ;they never call me nigger."It takes real courage to say something like that during the Vietnam war in the United States .
