Il est urgent de procéder immédiatement au déguerpissement de tous les étrangers impliqués dans la gestion de la chose publique (sous quelque forme que se soit).

Il nous faut aussitot assurer la reprise du pays par des femmes et des hommes haïtiens, élus par la population haitienne, par l'entremise d'élections financées et contrôlées EXCLUSIVEMENT par l'État haitien.

CORE GROUP (FOREIGN BANDITS) RUNNING HAITI SINCE 2004 COUP

As they did in Ivory Coast, the former colonial powers established a UN military dictatorship in Haiti whereby local authorities (including the so-called "president") are mere puppets.

The graph below was developed by Canada's government-funded organization FOCAL. It got published 20 April 2004, in a report titled "The role of Canada in Post-Aristide Haiti", a couple of months after the coup, kidnapping and exile of Haiti's legitimate President Jean-Bertrand Aristide. The latter and 7000 other duly-elected Haitian officials were toppled and replaced by non-elected thugs, acting as "mayor", "local delegate" etc...on behalf of the foreign occupation Core Group.

Note how any puppet president of Haiti is expected, as per the graph, to sit only on the 4th level of decision-making, taking orders from a UN Special Representative (Bill Clinton for the longest time).

Note also how, in a silly attempt to cover their boss' ass, they wrote at the top of the graph "flow chart not hiearchical"!

There exists to this day a nonsensical entity intervening in Haitian affairs known as "The Core Group" - foreign actors who make all the important decisions but accept zero responsibility for the resulting mess.
