Haiti school, (basic level) full access warranty

That gorverment wants to make it easyer for many haitian childreen who in the past have not have the opportuny to go to school. This is a good initiative thinking of so many parents who could not do it for themselves nor their childreen. In 10 years those pupils will need to attend the segondary level. I am not so pessimist but life in haiti does not give any sign of progress by which they will always be capable to keep this program without asking for help. Would not it be better to make a cooperative bit.ly/p6E9Pv with the money the President gets allowing them still to go to school and after awhile they will bring it back to facilitate others the same access and with it they will be able to take another step why not going to the university?
