As we approach year 3 following the deadly earthquake in Haiti...

As it is becoming too evident that the billions collected in the name of Haitians were never meant to be used for them or by them...

As it is getting more difficult to cover up the mess created in Haiti since 2004 by the foreign coup makers and their Haitian accomplices...

As the masterminds and creators of the mess are busy attempting to erase their fingerprints... (See Canadian Minister Fantino's January 2013 announcement of "aid freeze" to the puppet regime they help set up in Haiti)...

It is important to review the facts of The Ottawa Initiative on Haiti. The coup plotting meeting took place near the Canadian Capital, 10 years ago, this month: January 31-February 1, 2003. This is the meeting that prepared the way for Jean-Claude Duvalier (Baby Doc) return to Haiti and the plunder of Haiti's mineral resources by foreign companies, with the help of a Martelly puppet government.

REMEMBERING THE AMBASSADOR'S HOPE

After "Ti-Sony", "Rosemond Jean" and the disbanded military, here come the Gros Sonies....

The Justice Departments of Canada, France and the U.S are expected to be next in line to bring trumped-up "legal" accusations against former Haitian President Jean-Bertrand Aristide.

Rationale: He caused their countries to spend millions of dollars trying to get the Haitian people disinterested in the politics and business of Haiti.

March 18, 2011 the South-African brothers who welcomed and sheltered President Aristide during 7 years of exile imposed by the global white supremacist gang, facilitated the return to Haiti of Dr. Aristide, his wife and 2 teen-aged daughters..

January 31-February 1, 2013 will mark the 10th anniversary of the Ottawa Initiative on Haiti where it was decided by Euro-American high officials that the President of the Republic of Haiti had to be overthrown, Haiti put under UN Tutelage and a new military and police force deployed to take over the territory. Less than a year later, the planned multinational coup d'état was put into action.

Following the coup, Canada's Ambassador to Haiti, told the Inter-Parliamentary Forum of the Americas on Dec. 9, 2004: "We hope that Aristide is going to disappear... I believe that he should never come back. [...]. We hope [an enquiry into alleged corruption by the Aristide government] will show Aristide is guilty of so many criminal actions."

4 years before Fantino....

At the time of the first leak of the Ottawa Initiative meeting to the public, Canadians of Haitian origin warned Prime Minister Jean Chrétien not to engage in such “a foolish adventure in neocolonialism.”[10] But these warnings were to no avail.

After several changes in government in Ottawa, there is no indication of any change in policy. On the contrary, Canadian officials are steadfastly implementing the same ill-fated policy while disingenuously diverting blame for failure onto its victims.

I started a blog titled Nasty 10th Birthday Ottawa Initiative on Haiti:

Text #1:
Open Letter to President Aristide from a Son of Haiti:
Ottawa, Canada, December 16, 2002

Brother President,

Outraged by the nonsensical and very dangerous political situation our people has been pushed into over the last decade, I write this urgent letter to you with the hope that it will contribute positively to our people’s righteous struggle for uncompromising freedom, true justice and sustainable peace.

Around the same period of the Ottawa Initiative on Haiti (OIH), January-February 2003, self-appointed “friends of Haiti” were busy exchanging crumbs among themselves, in the name of “democracy” in Haiti:

“The Organization of American States (OAS) has received a $5,000 donation from the Holy See to support the OAS Special Mission to Strengthen Democracy in Haiti”.

“such special contributions are particularly important in strengthening the role the Organization can play in finding solutions to some of the hemisphere’s most pressing problems, among them paralyzing political crises.” - Luigi Einaudi, Assistant Secretary General, OAS

btw the "Holy See" that made this ever so-generous gift of $5000, refers to the gold-laced city State aka Vatican... where mountains of treasures stolen from all continents are hidden under the robes of very pious men, some of whom say they represent "god on earth"....podyab bondye!

"See how this is a great people, expressing her sorrows without resorting to violence. Indeed, those using violence should ask forgiveness of the Haitian people for she is such a good people..."

http://www.godisnotwhite.com/nasty-10th-birthday-to-oih-text-2-cayes-speech-4-december-2002/

On December 4, 2002, the President of the Republic of Haiti realizing the ineffectiveness of his efforts to appease the foreign powers (U.S., Canada, France, the European Union) that were already showing their resolve to unseat him, delivered a speech in the southern city of Cayes. Agents of these countries and their Haitian associates quickly invaded cyberspace to offer interpretations of that speech aiming to paint President Aristide as a paranoid racist black despot. The following is an excerpt of archived December 2002 exchanges from the Corbett list where the matter was being discussed.

For ease of reading, the government-issued transcript of President Aristide’s original Kreyol speech is in black, my amateur English translation of it appears in red and some of my editorial comments on the Corbettlist in blue.

President Aristide speaking…

(if you are hypocritically involved in the plot as happened during the 1991 coup, we all know that it wasn’t the FadH (Haitian Army) alone that conducted the coup, it had BIG accomplices who helped it realize the coup. Today also, there are accomplices behind the coup plot)

[Nope! no mention of race there. But some people do have greater than 20/20 vision]

A 2 zan pandan nou pral Selebre 200 zan Endepandans, maladi Kou Deta a fò l soti nan san politisyen Ayisyen ! (APLODISMAN FOUL LA)

(2 years ahead of our 200th year of independence celebrations, this Coup d’Etat virus must exit itself from the blood of Haitian politicians – CROWD APPLAUSE)

Maladi Kou Deta a fò l soti nan san kèk moun ki abitye konplis ! lè yo bay kòb ou byen lè yo kore moun k ap fè konplo pou pa respekte volonte Pèp.

(This coup d’Etat virus must exit itself from the blood of some people who have the habit of being accomplices [in coups d’etat]! When they give money or when they endorse those who are plotting to disrespect [undo] the people’s will)

Lè yo pa respekte volonte pèp la, se paske yo gen anpil prejije pou ou, se paske yo gen anpil mepri pou ou, Sa k ap fèt la a se pa yon Konplo Kont Prezidan Aristide non ! S on konplo kont Pèp Ayisyen ! Se pa Prezidan Aristide yo pa renmen, Se Pèp Ayisyen yo pa renmen !

(when they do not respect the people’s will, it is because they have plenty of prejudices against you, it is because they despise you, what is happening here is not a plot against president Aristide but a plot against the Haitian people. It is not President Aristide whom they do not like, but the Haitian people.)

[Glad to realize that you've realised it and have finally decided to express it so Mr. President! Now whatyougonnadoabout it brother president?]
