Obama is starting to get on my nerves.One moment he is not for oil drilling off the shores of the United sates ;the next he is ready to compromise with the oil companies.One instant is he for ending the war ;the next day he is not for immedite withdraw of the troops.Is he really a fli flop politician?

He said recently that the oil companies have millions of acres of land they leased from the federal government that they can used for new dioscoveries of oil.I prefer his previous energy policy;instead of drilling for more oil to emit more CO2 in the atmosphere ;we should encourage alternative enrgy:nuclear power plant,hybrid cars, high speed trains like in Europe.;solar energy, wind energy etc.It is incredible with such an enthousiastic people the race is so closed.Even the most fervent Obama's admirers start to question his integrity.What's going on?

I understand that he wants to pull the independants and the Reagan democrats from John Mac Cain,but he better thinks twice before he opens his mouth for he could also alienate his base.The center right position that he is taking right now blurs the differences between Senator Mac cain and him.Thus the danger of a defeat for the democrats in November for if there is no difference between Senators Obama and John mac cain why do the white,independant males should vote for Obama?

I can not wait for the democratic party convention to see who will be his running mate.Senator Obama better chooses a heavy weight like Senator Clinton or Al Gore if the ex Vice president is willing for the sake fo his country and the world to accept the Vice presidency a second time.

There was a very informative discussion this morning on"This week" where one of the analysts said that Obama needs a fighter to combat the negative adds of the Republicans and that senator Clinton should be on the short list of the candidates for the Vice presidency. I agree.
