The euphemism "Gran bayakou "is so appropriate for Haiti right now where the management of kk is a problem that is causing more than 1500 deaths in the country.yet they say that Cholera is a very easily treatable disease,but in haiti it is killing people like flies.The author wrote: haitian legislator spends only 2 hours on the job a day.The government can not provide potable water for people ,but it needs to spend millions of dollars every two years to elect 1/3 of the Senate.So what haiti needs really is a "Grand bayakou" to clean this mess.But who will be this" grand bayakou"?I don't see him on the horizon right now.
