-- the Children's Investment Fund Foundation

2) $10 million to $25 million from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

3) $5 million and $10 million from Israeli-born television mogul Haim Saban, owner of the Spanish-language TV station Univision

4) $1 million to $5 million range from
-- the governments of Kuwait
-- the governments of Qatar
-- Indian businessman Lakshmi Mittal

This is really a worrisome problem for the confirmation of Senator Clinton as Secretary of State.I think Bill Richardson or Senator Kerry would have been a better choice.
